Next Steps After Submitting Your Reservation Form

1. Read Guidelines

Read and understand the show rules and regulations by selecting the link provided. Additional details and important information can also be found in the official Exhibitor Kit.

2. Choose Category

Select the category that best matches your product or service. This helps us organize the show and better promote your business to attendees. Click the link below for a full list.

3. Sales Call & Booth Consultation

Your salesperson will reach out to confirm your booth location and size based on availability. You’ll also have a chance to explore upgrades that boost visibility and increase engagement with attendees.

4. Finalize Details

Following your booth consultation, we’ll confirm any remaining details — including visibility options, payment preferences, and exhibitor-specific needs — to ensure you're fully set for the show.

5. Submit Contract

Once your booth details are confirmed, you’ll receive a digital Exhibitor Contract to review, sign, and submit — officially securing your spot in the show.

6. Review Exhibitor Kit

Access everything you need to prepare for the show — including setup instructions, order forms, deadlines, shipping info, and promotional tools. Check back soon — the full kit will be available shortly.
