President
Larry Williams is the founder and driving force behind Michigan’s Largest Real Estate Show. A seasoned real estate professional and respected connector, Larry brings decades of experience and a passion for helping consumers and businesses succeed. His leadership ensures the show delivers professionalism, value, and integrity at every level.
Vice President
Myron Kukuk is a seasoned entrepreneur and business developer who built a successful landscaping company and has a proven record of growing businesses across Michigan. As Vice President, he brings strategic insight, leadership, and a results-driven approach that strengthens every facet of the show’s growth and partnerships.

Elisabeth Polzin
Admin & Project Coordinator
Elisabeth Polzin plays a key role in keeping operations organized and on track. She manages administrative workflows, coordinates communication between departments, and ensures that exhibitor and sponsor needs are handled promptly and professionally. Her attention to detail and organizational strength help the team stay focused and efficient behind the scenes.
Director of Sales & Marketing
John Holland holds an M.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Business Administration, combining a background in consulting, sales, and event management. He oversees marketing strategy and supports the exhibitor sales team, helping connect their industry relationships with the show’s broader vision. His collaborative approach ensures consistent messaging, strong partnerships, and a seamless experience for exhibitors and sponsors alike.
