SPEAKER ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Michigan’s Largest Real Estate & Home Improvement Show (MLRES)

This Speaker Engagement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between:

Event Host: Michigan’s Largest Real Estate & Home Improvement Show (“MLRES”) Oakland Expo Center 2212 Mall Drive East Waterford Township, Michigan 48328

Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Event: Michigan’s Largest Real Estate & Home Improvement Show Dates: March 28–29, 2026 Location: Oakland Expo Center, Waterford Township, Michigan

Speaker will present: Session Title

Final speaking times will be communicated to Speaker no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event.

2. EXCHANGE OF VALUE

In consideration for the Speaker’s presentation:

MLRES will provide Speaker with:

• One (1) 10’ x 8’ exhibit space

• One (1) 8’ table

• Two (2) chairs

• Basic booth identification signage (speaker/company name)

Any additional booth upgrades, electrical, pipe & drape, furnishings, or sponsorship enhancements may be purchased separately and will require a separate written agreement.

No additional speaking fee will be paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Show Management will provide standard audio-visual equipment necessary to support the Speaker’s presentation, including a microphone, presentation clicker, and a large display monitor for presentation slides. Speakers may bring their presentation on a USB drive (PowerPoint, PDF, or similar format) or connect their own laptop to the provided display system if using Google Slides or other online presentation software.

Please list any additional materials or equipment you may need for your presentation that are not already provided, such as flip chart and markers, etc. Show Management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.
